The fit of the 2017 and 2018 9.7"size iPads is near perfect on the length of the device but a little too thick on their width - you have to reach down a little into the slip to reach the iPad.

The fit on the 2019 and 2020 10.2" iPads is VERY tight on their length. Again though the width of the device is narrower than the slip was designed for - meaning you have to reach down a little into the slip to get the device out.

Please also remember that storing thicker devices in these slips will reduce their effective height and width.
