Comfortable fit

SP50 Shoulder Pads feature high density closed cell foam padding that helps the pad mould to your shoulder for a more comfortable fit. They also have a mild non-slip finish.

Remember: SP50 Shoulder Pads only fit bags with 50mm (2 inch) wide shoulder slings. Please check the size table for compatibility.

SP20 Shoulder pads also fit 50mm slings. They have more grip but less padding. We generally recommend the SP50 instead of the SP20.

There are two main differences - size and design:

Design:

SP10, SP15 and SP20 are very grippy but only mildly padded.
SP40 and SP50 are less grippy but feature a closed-cell foam core for added comfort and extra leather trim round the edges. This is the option we recommend for most customers.

Size:

The SP10 fits shoulder slings that are 25mm (1 inch) wide.
The SP15 & SP40 fits slings 38mm (1.5 inches) wide.
The SP20 and SP50 fit slings 50mm (2 inches) wide

These shoulder pads are designed so that the webbing sling is placed against the leather side, not the rubberised side. The rubberised side should be placed against your shoulder.
